Why We Exist

So many people invest in training only to remain jobless, unsure, and stuck — not because they’re not smart, but because the training didn’t prepare them for what actually happens in real roles.

We built Tech Ascend to fix that gap — by giving our students access to live project environments, practical experience, and guidance that bridges the distance between training and employment.

Meet the Founder

I’m the founder of Tech Ascend Consulting, and I know firsthand how frustrating it is to go through training and still feel stuck — like you’re not ready, or no one is hiring.

I’ve worked as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, and I’m currently a Senior Product Manager. I’ve led projects in e-commerce, housing, banking, and education — and I’ve seen the gap between what most people are taught and what actually gets them hired.

That’s why I created Tech Ascend Consulting — not to throw more theory at you, but to walk with you through what the work really looks like, help you build confidence, and prepare you to get the job and thrive in it.
